I have a place that only so many people that know about . I lived in a haunted apartment and a girl neighbor that we met (after we discovered our apartment had definite signs of spirits lingering about) Well my roommate and I were hanging out in our 3:39 iving room with the girl snortin and illegal substance that rhymes with locaine, wirb this chick and out of nowhere she goes "hey did you guys know that your apartment was hauntec"my roommate and I looked at each other and we started asking the girl how she knew and that it's still haunted and started telling her some examples..she said that with the things thar we brought into the apartment, it brought the evil spirits and she wasn't by any means a Bible thumper (trust me) But she said not the people pror to us living there But the family before them...she knew very well and they had to have the apartment blessed by a priest. So when we moved out a couple years later we had quite the experience. It got wild but it was fun. This was over 24 years ago. I wonder if the people after us had any wikd things happen. It was nuts. It happened in the city of La Habra California

You don't have to abide by the HO. A legally they can be held accountable for their actions. They're not exempt. And homeowners association will go after any house. It doesn't have to be within their guidelines or anything. If there is AHOA in your community, they're gonna try to tell you what to do with your property. And I absolutely wood.Flip on these people, if they try to come on my property it's still private property.It doesn't matter if you are truly owning the home.They can't say shit to you
